Delivery
Items will be dispatched within one working day after the order is taken. Orders placed before 8pm are dispatched the following business day. For example, a DHL Express order placed on Monday at 3pm would be dispatched on Tuesday for a delivery on Wednesday or worst case Thursday.
Larger items such as Petfeeders, 8 Day Feeders, Petwaterers and Pondfeeders are sent using DHL at a cost of £5.99. This price includes insurance. The DHL Express option ensures 95% of deliveries are made the next working day after disptach.
Smaller items such as water filters are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with any product purchased from this website, you may within 7 days of receiving it, return it at your cost and in its original condition for a full refund.
Faulty items may be returned, within 28 days of purchase. If we can repair the item we will do so and send it back to you at our cost. Otherwise, we will either credit you with a full refund or send out an identical unit. Please note, we thoroughly check all products before they are dispatched.
